ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPCs)

All properties on the market and those being rented out need to have an Energy Performance Certificate.  Kay is trained and fully accredited to carry out EPC inspections.  The cost of an EPC is £50 plus VAT for properties within a radius of 30 minutes from the office.  For properties outside this distance, please phone for a price.
