Summary

RARE OPPORTUNITY ! It's not that often that we come across a 3 bedroom semi detached house with around 2.25 ACRES of pastureland attached with direct access out onto extensive outriding via an adjacent bridleway direct from the property.....well we've found one !! The house itself is very well presented as you can see from the photographs having been recently redecorated and has a hallway, sitting room, kitchen, utility, 2 storage rooms, cloakroom, on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. To find somewhere for under 230,000 where it is possible to keep a pony or two with good outriding (you don't even have to go out on the public highway to ride) is very rare indeed.
