In our opinion the term "stunning location" is often over used by estate agents to describe the setting of a property - however in this instance we think it sums up the location of Pencoed perfectly. From Cardigan take the A487 towards Aberystwyth.
Just before Aberystwyth you enter the village of Penparcau. Turn right here sign-posted Trawscoed (don't take the first turning to Trawscoed before Penparcau).
After 25m or so, turn right again onto the B4340 and stay on this road for 6 miles until you reach the village of Abermagwr. In this village, turn left towards Cnwch-coch/ Pontrhydygroes. Stay on this road for 1.25 miles (ignoring the right turn for Trawscoed Farm and ignore the left turn for Cnwch-coch). You will then see a white house on the road with garage called Penrhiwgegin. Continue on a short distance round the bend and the entrance to Pencoed is the next on the left denoted by a HFSIW For Sale Board.
